By accessing, subscribing to, or using The Prop Laboratory (“Publication,” “we,” “us,” “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations.

any content without written permission.

Sharing links is encouraged.
Stealing content is not.

7. Personal Use Only (No Commercial Exploitation)

You may not:

• use the Publication’s content to sell picks,

• use our intellectual property to run a betting service,

• claim our research or analysis as your own.

8. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Publication to:

• spam,

• harass,

• hack,

• scrape user data,

• mine or copy paid content,

• attempt to reverse engineer our systems or tools.
